CBRE Property Bike Ride

6th July 2017

On June 22nd, GMS Estates Ltd entered a team into the CBRE annual charity cycling event. The CBRE ride is the world’s biggest property bike ride and for the past three years, over 2,000 riders have taken part in the charity ride. This year over 800 riders cycled and helped raise £46,000 for Shelter.

GMS’ team consisted of 27 members from 12 different companies, including consultants and surveyors from Emrys Architects and Elliot Wood. The cycle route took our cyclists through Box Hill, Surrey and up the famous zig-zag road known best for its role in the 2012 Olympic road race.

GMS Estates were not only proud to take part but are also pleased to announce, two of our own team members, Gary Elliot (Elliot Wood) and Ivan Drovnin (GMS Estates) secured the leading times of all competitors for the 50k ride.

Congratulations team!
