GMS Estates are delighted with the announcement this afternoon at the BCO London and South East Regional awards that the refurbishment of Conquest House has won the prestigious award of "Best Refurbished/Recycled Building".
GMS Managing Director, Thomas Gibbon, said "This award is in recognition of all the efforts put into the project by the whole design and construction team. It is down to all their efforts that the speculative project was completed in a difficult market and let to Hult International Business School on completion".
